Hanoi: Approved investment in Golden Palace A project with VND 4,460 billion

Hanoi People's Committee approved Mai Linh Investment Joint Stock Company as an investor of Golden Palace A, Amusement Park, School, and Housing, Commercial and Service Complex project, in Me Tri and Phu Do wards. , Nam Tu Liem district with a total investment of VND 4,460 billion.

Accordingly, Golden Palace A project will have a total area of ​​206,337m2 including the following functional areas:

Investment in the construction of an amusement park (symbol CXDT) has a land area of ​​about 144,140m2, a construction density of 5%, a height of 1 floor that functions as an amusement park, sports and service versatile, including a lake area of ​​about 25,187m2 (amusement park is an open park, for the purpose of serving the general population of the project and the surrounding area).

The area of ​​land for investment in construction of an area of ​​about 15,756m2 includes a high school with an area of ​​about 8,000m2, a total floor area of ​​about 16,000m2, a height of 5 floors; The secondary school has an area of ​​about 4,500m2, a total floor area of ​​about 9,000 m2, a height of 5 floors; The kindergarten has an area of ​​about 3,256m2, a total floor area of ​​about 3.906m2, a height of 3 floors.

Investment in construction of mixed commercial, service and housing projects (symbol HH1) with a land area of ​​about 13,172m2, total construction floor area of ​​about 174,906m2 (excluding basement floor area and tumble floor) , the number of basements is 3 floors, including 2 blocks: HH1-1 Court with land area of ​​6,750m2, total construction floor area of ​​about 119,409m2, 44-storey high floor, total apartments of 720 apartments; HH1-2 building area of ​​6,422m2, total construction floor area of ​​about 55,497m2, 37 floors high, the total number of apartments is 270 apartments.

Investment in construction of mixed commercial, service, and housing projects (symbol HH2) with a land area of ​​about 15,410m2, total construction floor area of ​​about 145,230m2 (excluding basement and ladder floor area) , including: High-rise apartment block (HH2-1 symbol) land area of ​​7.103m2, total construction floor area of ​​about 127,705m2, 44-storey high floor, total apartments of 762 apartments.

The low-rise housing area has a shop (shophouse) (HH2-2 symbol) with an area of ​​5,390m2, a total floor area of ​​about 17,525m2, a 5-storey high floor, a total of 22 apartments.

Progress of project implementation: For amusement parks, from the first quarter of 2017 to the fourth quarter of 2018; for mixed housing, schools and trade zones from the first quarter of 2017 to the fourth quarter of 2021. End stage, put into use: For amusement parks in the first quarter of 2019; for mixed housing, schools and trade quarter I / 2022.

As planned in 2010, Golden Palace A project was designed and named as a 102-floor PVN Tower building, 528m high - the highest in Vietnam and 2nd in Asia, worth about 1 more , 2 billion USD in an area of ​​25 ha in Me Tri Commune, Tu Liem District, Hanoi City.

In March 2011, the project was adjusted to a height of 79 floors and investment cost decreased to USD 600 million.

In July 2015, the Prime Minister allowed Hanoi City People's Committee to allocate land not in the form of auction of land use rights, to select investors through the designation for deployment. At that time, Hanoi People's Committee appointed Mai Linh Investment Joint Stock Company to be the new investor of the Petroleum Tower project. At the same time, this project was renamed "Golden Palace A Entertainment, School and Housing Complex, Commercial and Service Complex".

In December 2015, the Hanoi City People's Committee decided to approve the detailed planning of Golden Palace A urban functional area at a scale of 1/500 with an area of ​​39.8 hectares (the original plan of 25 hectares) including the Zone amusement parks; Vietnam oil and gas hotel complex shall comply with the detailed planning of 1/500 scale and investment project approved by competent authorities; Mixed functional area (housing, office, service, trade) has a construction density of not more than 50%, maximum height is 45 floors.
